Taper Notes:
"Hot off the presses! I recorded this from 10th row center so the recording is excellent. Here are a few points of interest. Benoit David's vocals are still on the shaky side. Its a paradox really because he can hit a lot of those high notes, but on others he just sounds like his voice is going to fall apart. Geoff's keys were up and down. Some were loud enough, some were not. Chris's bass was just right for me. Steve's guitar was very good in the mix as well, even the acoustic stuff. Alan's drums? Where were they?? They were weak a lot of the time volume-wise, but not for lack of playing. Compared to Styx's drums it sounded like Alan was playing on an oatmeal canister. Setlist is the same as all the other shows they closed except that they played the long version of Roundabout which was nice. Geoff's reverse piano intro to Roundabout was not working so he signaled to Steve to carry on without him. The set musically was not as tight as it could have been, but at this venue the show was to start at 8pm instead of 7pm like most of the other venues. Styx didn't come on until 8:20 which meant Yes didn't start until around 10pm. They acted a little tired.
I've included my ticket and 5 shots of the band members my buddy shot in this torrent."
