They ended up allowing disposable cameras, so I brought a few in with me (including panoramic which grace the artwork). All but one of the pictures in the artwork/booklet are from the rolls my girlfriend and I took. During the recording there is some slight (camera) winding heard now and then in the quieter parts, which was just us taking pictures.? I hope everyone enjoys the entire release, I really enjoyed this show a lot."

The taper is obviously much closer & it shows, I highly recommend this show over Independence Day for every reason possible. The sound, mix, etc is much much better on this release. "Initially scheduled for 2010-06-16 with The Fray and Moonalice as support acts but postponed to 2011 on 25 May 2010 due to Bono's back surgery and rehabilitation period. Rescheduled date announced on 13 July 2010. After Until The End Of The World, Bono gets The Edge to tell the crowd about how he and Larry went drinking with Metallica and Green Day the previous night. Larry then sings a few lines of Lou Reed's Perfect Day, followed by Bono leading the audience in singing Happy Birthday for his friend John. He dedicates Pride to the Shriver family. After 'Streets', Bono brings a fan from Poland on stage - a guy who flew 20 hours to be at this show."

These shows served as a preview and warm up for the recording of the Permanent Waves album. This concert has a great performance of both books of Cygnus and worth having for that alone.(...) The only thing lesser on this source is that the acoustic guitar, some keyboards, and some sound effects are captured as "bleed through" on what ever monitor this particular scanner channel was picking up on this night.It is the complete show, analog sourced, and there for some hiss. Sound quality is very near soundboard with only the occasional short transient. The source has been digitally remastered to boost the signal and to equalize it similarly to a soundboard recording." "Until there is a Signals soundboard, this date will remain the best sounding date of the tour. And the source for this production, a 1st Gen tape archived to DAT, is incredible to say the least. To describe the sound of this show would require using words that would sound more like a description of heaven than that of a live recording. But this is heaven to Rush fanatics. The balance is almost perfect between the instruments. There is just the right mix of authoritative low end and ethereal high end. One listen to Neil's drum solo and one would almost swear it is a soundboard. Also, the show is complete and intact. The only cut is the last 10 seconds of the YYZ / Drum Solo. I could go on and on about how good this show sounds and how much fun it is to listen to. But rather than do that, just go out and get a copy to listen to and enjoy for yourself. "(The Digital Dan)

"This relatively rare show from early in the tour captures Rush in their last New Mexico appearance to date. It?s fairly typical of a CP show, except that the "country intro" to Cold Fire wasn?t yet being used. The sound is very good, a bit too much bass, but still a great-sounding show. The ends of Animate and the Drum Solo are chopped (but just the very ends). There are better CP boots out there, but this one is still a fine addition to any collection.(Ron's Rush RoIO Review)"

"Wow, if you though E2E was good, check this recording out. It actually sounds better if you can believe it. All the instruments are extremely clear and you can hear all the little nuances very clearly. Geddy's voice can get a little buried at times, but not enough that it would be distracting. Geddy has a lot of fun with the synths tonight as he adds a lot of subtle differences to the songs, almost like he is experimenting with it on stage. It makes for some very interesting variations on some classic Rush anthems. A very highly recommend show, really it should be a must have."

"This has to be one of THE greatest find for us RUSH fans.? Where in the world did this source come from??? WOW!!! The sound is crystal clear with nice stereo separation and a wonderful mix.?  Personally, only a wee bit more low end could help this great sounding source.? According to the packaging, this source is taken from the rehearsal performance one night before the T4E tour opening night (19 October) at the Knickerbocker Arena, Albany, NY. There is no crowd noise, because there was none.? RUSH is going through the entire setlist (probably) in front of the crew and perhaps few lucky individuals who had the privilege to be there.? Sometimes Geddy throws in odd lyrics here and there; and during some of the older songs, Geddy doesn't sing the lyrics at all and just lets the music come through.? Listen to TSoR for some of Geddy's humor!!? What a great addition to anyone's list." (LeeGeddy)
